Your pets overall health can be linked to their theeth. Keeping your pets teeth clean and tackling periodontal disease can prevent issues in other areas later in life. We offer pre-dental x-rays to ensure we are treating appropriate areas and can get a clear view of the teeth, even issues we may not be able to see during the initial examination.
Steinbachs wants to lower the anxiety of your pets when arriving for their appointments. We offer a calming treatment approach, where we will evaluate the need for sedatives prior to appointment. This may assist with less anxiety for your pet, peace of mind for you, the owner and make it a safer overall environment. In addition, we will now be designating cats only hours, which will help create a less fearful environment for our feline clients.

We are pleased to welcome back Dr. Warren to the practice, who will be performing routine surgeries! Dr. Warren came on as a veterinarian here in 2001, where he provided the highest level of care and surgical expertise for 5 years. We are so glad to welcome back a vet who was always so well loved and appreciated.

We’re Going Digital
We have finally made the decision to begin the process of digitalizing all of our records in the coming new year. This decision was made to ensure that we provide the best possible services to our clients. This will make documenting our cases much easier and ensure that anytime you need to be referred to a specialist or an emergency clinic, your pets history can clearly and quickly be understood. Please be patient while we navigate this process.
Ultrasound Services
We are happy to announce that our ultrasound needs are being met by Ultravet Mobile. They are the leading provider of mobile ultrasound for animal hospitals, operating in select areas of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Washington. They come right to our hospital and perform any scheduled ultrasounds when needed.
